We run a busy office to support our teams working across Greater Auckland.

Based off Constellation Drive, North Shore.

 

About the role

You will be:
Answering inbound calls, recording information and general computer work.

 Handling clients and email and general office duties.

Skills and experience

8AM to 5 PM Monday to Friday. Some flexibility may be required.

Immediate start is available!

Absolute minimum two years experience in an office environment.

Must be reliable, honest and accurate.

You will be able to take direction, record information precisely and follow instructions accurately and in a timely fashion.

Must have a great telephone manner - confident and mature. You will be confident enough to handle the occasional difficult client on the phone.
Know how to take a written message and directions in a clear, accurate and legible fashion.
Be reliable and punctual at all times.
A strong understanding of office etiquette.
Excellent written communication skills.
Thorough knowledge of MS office.
Be Highly organised, proven ability to multi-task with a positive "can do" attitude.
Outstanding customer service and people skills with a positive, polite and friendly personality.
Must have a good knowledge of the Auckland area.

You would need to be situated locally, be organised and able to work under pressure during busy times.

English as your first language.
Immediate start is possible.

The position would not suit texters, talkers, social butterflies, facebookers, time wasters and web surfers.

Be able to pass a Police check and a Drug test.
