Service Operations Manager

At Fujitsu Australia and New Zealand, we pride ourselves on having local touch, global reach, strong investment capabilities and most importantly - empowered people. We will challenge you to succeed and support you to learn and grow locally and globally with flexible, agile working environments and access to an array of employee benefits. From strategic consulting, to application, business, infrastructure, telecommunications and financial services, we transform businesses and leverage digital solutions. As such, Fujitsu Australia and New Zealand are recognised as a supplier of choice for leading corporate and government organisations. Being an integral part of our solution means being an integral part of the future!
WHAT'S ON OFFER?
We're currently on the search for a customer-focused Service Delivery specialist in the area of End User Computing deployments. Working in Wellington with initially three clients (both government and corporate), you will be the face of Fujitsu for on-going enterprise-wide roll-outs.

While acting in the interests of Fujitsu at all times, you will ensure that customer requirements are met through managing the delivery of contracted services in the EUC space. This could include (but is certainly not limited to):
  • Stakeholder management (service)
  • Logistics management (delivery)
  • Engineering team management (scheduling)
  • On-site coordination
  • Project governance
  • Service level / project / forecast reporting
You will be the primary point of contact for the customer and Fujitsu in relation to the specific deployments you are responsible for, including problem resolution, but also for other opportunities that you uncover within the customer organisations you are working with.

WHAT DO WE VALUE?
For this role, we would highly value someone who has outstanding customer relationship skills, including a certain agility and resilience when it comes to managing those curly issues that are inevitably going to come up.  You will also need to establish and maintain strong relationships right across the customer and Fujitsu organisations.

We're looking for someone with proven experience in technology environments, including a good knowledge of computer equipment, to the extent that you will be able to contribute effectively to service delivery issues related to its use.

Other highly valued attributes are:
  • Self-motivation (including a focus on continuous service improvement)
  • Leadership (in terms of managing deployment-specific teams of engineers)
  • IT vendor / service provider experience
  • Commercial awareness
  • Communication skills including listening, persuasion and presentation
These are just some of the important aspects of a successful Service Operations Manager at Fujitsu, and we would welcome your application if you are up for the challenge and believe you have the skills and experience we are looking for. Please apply on-line, using the link provided.

All personal information received by us from you or about you will be stored, used and disclosed by us in accordance with our privacy policy. If you have any questions in relation to how we may use and store your personal information please contact us at recruitment@au.fujitsu.com.
