The opportunity

We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join this well established team. Taking responsibility for a range of accounts and admin duties, with a focus on Accounts Payables, this position will be engaging and give you the opportunity to work for a company that values teamwork and provides the training and support you’ll need to thrive.

 

The role will involve:

  • Processing invoices daily
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Responding to phone enquiries
  • Varied accounts duties and project work
  • Data entry and general administration as required

 

Skills & Experience required:

 

  • High volume accounts experience
  • Strong computer skills, particularly in Excel
  • Strong communication skills
  • Accuracy with an eye for detail and processes
