  • Support for an extensive network of specialists
  • Specific payments and receipting
  • Credit control
  • Daily reconciliations
  • Ensuring audit trail documentation is current
  • Contract management ( ACC, hospital, insurance etc)
  • Booking and scheduling of theatre bookings
  • Customer service – handling inquiries and providing estimates

For success you will need:

  • Comprehensive New Zealand accounts experience
  • Outstanding Microsoft skills with advanced excel
  • Excellent telephone manner and empathetic nature
  • Ability to gain cooperation from others
  • Enjoy working with a small cohesive team in open plan
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality
  • Stable work history
