The role:

We have an exciting opportunity ideally suited to a recent graduate, or someone who has spent at least two years in an HR role. We are looking for someone who is ready to develop their HR career and we are committed to growing our people professionally.

This role will involve a wide range of human resource activities supporting our operational areas, including corporate, engineering, and sales activities across New Zealand and Australia.

To be successful in the role you will have;

  • A sound understanding of recruitment processes, including attraction and selection
  • Knowledge around employment legislation
  • Good interpersonal skills and an affinity to positive employee relations
  • Strong administration skills for maintaining employee records and management reports.
  • Ability to coordinate and plan training activities
  • Health and Safety awareness to support in key safety functions onsite and maintenance of training and records
  • Awareness of quality management systems

A privately owned business, TRT offers fully integrated engineering design, manufacturing and fabrication along with parts distribution and mechanical/crane service.
