Registration & Licensing Officer

Our client has a permanent job opportunity for an administrator with an eye for detail, database experience and a fantastic approach to dealing with customers!  Terrace location.

The primary function of this role is processing applications for licences, exemptions, registrations and related fees including answering queries and dealing with members of the public.  You will be maintaining the licensing and member registration databases, processing applications and ensuring all registration applications are filed accurately and on time.  You will also be on the phone regularly with members, assisting them with enquiries and providing information.

This can be a high volume role during peak period January - June, so you will need to thrive under pressure and be comfortable working to deadlines.  This role is ideally suited to someone who is able to engage effectively with a wide range of people, build relationships and problem solve.

MS Office skills essential, fast and accurate data entry skills combined with database experience.  8am-5pm Monday-Friday.
