What is the role?

Based at The Plaza and reporting to the Assistant Centre Manager, you will be a key member of our Customer Service team, providing the highest quality experience to our shoppers.

You will provide information and resources by proactively identifying customers' needs and desires; answering questions and giving directions.This role is very diverse and is a job share role.  There are no two days the same and being able to multitask and be completely unflappable is a must.  You will need to have proven administration and exceptional customer service skills along with the ability to manage contractors on site.  This is a 12 month fixed term contract and is not an entry level customer service role.

Ar other times you will be providing administrative support to the Centre, liaising with retailers and assisting with the smooth operation of the Centre.

Our ideal candidate:

You will need to have exceptional customer service skills, be motivated and energetic.  Your passion for offering an amazing service that exceeds the expectations of our customers, either in person, on the phone or online will be infectious.  Being a Brand Ambassador within the shopping centre and local community, you will happily promote the centre's services, amenities and events.

What are the hours?

The minimum hours for this position are:

Thursday 5.30pm-9.15pm (every alternative week)
Saturday 1pm-5.45pm
Sunday 9.45am-1pm 

There will be additional hours on offer so it would be great for someone who wants to pick up extra hours.
