We are looking for a dedicated, team focused, Customer Care Representative to join our team. The successful person will be mature, focused, hardworking, and recognise the true meaning of teamwork, especially in a small team.

Working closely with clients and other departments, we have a strong focus on providing excellent customer service and quality.

The primary functions of the role include the following:

  • Order processing (phones and email)
  • Answering queries from customers (internal and external)
  • Processing returns
  • Along with a number of other office based tasks

As the successful candidate you will have a keen eye for detail, be a self starter, detail focused, resilient, accountable and reliable.

You will also have:

  • ideally two years experience in a customer care (phone and email) role
  • professional and friendly telephone manner
  • customer driven with a proactive and positive attitude
  • accurate data entry skills, a good working knowledge of Excel and preferably experience with SAP.
