Product Support Assistant

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Product Support Assistant to work in our Fashion stock area based at DFS, T Galleria Auckland.

The Product Support Assistant for physically handles all inventory items from stock receiving, replenishment of stock to sales floor, responsible for the BOH support function in-store. They work closely with product support coordinator to ensure every assignment is done smoothly and timely.

To be considered for this role you will;

  • Able to perform repetitive assemble and loading work in a fast-paced work environment
  • Able to perform defined physical activities (lifting, bending, carrying, pushing, pulling, etc.) in a timely manner
  • Lifting of objects up to 50 lbs. occasionally, and/or up to 30 pounds frequently and/or up to 10 pounds constantly. Lifting and carrying for several yards unassisted
  • Able to work flexible hours and shifts, including weekends, nights and holidays as required by the needs of the business
  • Able to work additional hours, as needed
  • Full-time position available
