Customer Service Team Member

Our client specialises in the formulation, manufacture, and specification of high performance industrial and marine protective coatings throughout Australasia and Southern Pacific regions. They are looking for a customer service team member to start as soon as possible at Head Office in Greerton.

The duties and responsibilities of the role, will include, but not be limited to:

* Maintaining adequate stock-levels
* Providing excellent customer service support
* Receiving and processing orders
* Query Resolution
* Back-up support for other areas in the business
* Liaison with production planner
* Stock forecasting
* Arranging dispatch of goods
* Assisting in Investigations into lost or faulty goods
* Invoicing
* Documentation and data management
* Liaising with sales and manufacturers

The ideal candidate will have the following experience/attributes:

* Sound understanding of inventory management
* Sound understanding of warehouse processes
* Sound understanding of freight management systems
* Sound understanding of supply chain and logistics
* The ability to work as part of a team
* Possess excellent customer services skills
* Possess strong skills in communication
* Attention to detail and accuracy with figures
* Ability to prioritise work
* Excellent time management skills
* Ability to stay calm under pressure
* Computer literate in stock management systems
* Sound experience with Microsoft Office software
* Current NZ driver’s licence

Experience within the painting and manufacturing environment, would be highly regarded.
