We are seeking to appoint a person to this role that is eager to take ownership and support our Territory Manager to allow him to keep growing the business with confidence, that delivery will be to spec, on time, every time.

The successful applicant will have experience in a systems-based environment and possess the skills to adapt constantly to the changing demands of a service business.  Some inbound sales experience, whilst not vital, will be advantageous.

Supporting both Wellington Region (Wellington to East Cape) and Hamilton branch, there is a high level of activity ensuring all hires are correctly captured within the fleet management system as well as ongoing interaction and coordination with trades and transport contractors.

While enjoying support from the national team, you will at times be working alone, sole charge.  Self-motivation and smart decision making skill will assist greatly.

This is not just a behind the desk role, you will be expected to hold a full understanding of yard activity and ensure that the yard team are appropriately tasked to support your service promise to customers. So, you can get out of the office and catch some sun, or whatever our weather may be offering that day.

Our customers continue to look toward Portacom for purchase of modular solutions, this role will be a critical support service to assist in this process, from design to delivery and site establishment. 

A high level of accuracy with data input, supported by the very best customer service is a must, as you will receive enquiries from new and existing customers.  The level of ownership and empowerment given will require you to have experience in prioritizing to strict customer driven deadlines for both hire and sales opportunities. It will be the smallest attention to detail that will make you a champion in this role.

Hours can be flexible in the 30 – 40hrs per week range.
