An opportunity to develop your career path within one of the finest People and Culture teams in New Zealand. The key focus of the position will be to assist with all aspects of the HR and recruitment practices, including assisting with developing job briefs and advertising content, including short videos, screening CVs, database management, co-ordinating interviews, conducting verbal references, creating job offers and employment contracts.

The successful applicant will ideally be working in the field of HR and will be able to bring current experience of working with innovative processes, technologies, high quality, robust practices in the HR field. Your ideas and suggestions will always be welcome to ensure that this company continues to evolve their systems and practices. You may come from a professional services firm or a recruitment consultancy environment, bringing with you a strong customer service ethos.

You will be embraced by one of New Zealand's most highly skilled People and Culture teams who will value your social media and technical expertise, as well as your proven skills in managing relationships with stakeholders both internally and externally.
