We have an exciting opportunity for a Junior Lawyer to join our legal team. If you have a high quality law degree and ideally up to two years' experience in a legal role we would love to hear from you.

In this role you will act as a Corporate Legal Adviser to the Bank under the direction and guidance of the Bank's General Counsel to provide sound and practical legal advice on the Bank's functions and powers under relevant legislation.

You will be supported in this small team, given training, mentoring and guidance from your peers. You will need to be self-motivated, energetic and adaptable with a willingness to learn in this busy environment.

Ideal background and skills include:

  • Bachelor of Laws
  • eligibility to hold a practising certificate
  • effective relationship skills and have a client focus
  • high quality written and oral presentation and communication skills
  • strong attention to detail.
