We have a brand new branch that has opened up in the Te Rapa, Hamilton Area and we’re looking for our next operator super stars!

If you are ready for something different and keen to grow your Call Centre customer services skills, then this could be the right move for you.

 

FIRST Security provides a range of monitoring services for our clients. Our call centre team are specially trained agents who monitor, manage and provide support for our hi-tech monitoring equipment. They play a crucial role in responding to call outs by dispatching officers, scheduled check-ins and support our Field Officers with a range of specialised protocols and procedures 24/7.

 

To be successful in this role you’ll need good communication skills as you will be working with a huge variety of people every day. Attention to detail, multi-tasking skills and following instructions is essential in this job. We maintain a very high standard of service to our clients and we thrive to meet and exceed their expectations.

What we need from you :

  • Be comfortable phoning people to provide sensitive information
  • Able to pass a Criminal background check ( essential )
  • Intermediate or advance level computer skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Have good clear concise verbal communication
  • Able to work a 8 hour shift between the hours of 6pm – 6am shift  ( weekends included )

Unlike some call centres, you will not be treated like a robot in ours. We won't time everything you do down to the second, you won't be on endless calls with angry customers, and we won't ask you to sell anyone anything!

We know it's a small thing, but we are pretty partial to our office Nespresso machine if you are tired of paying for your start of shift cuppa.
