Our client is well respected company within the wine industry, they have built a strong profile through a commitment of delivering high quality service supported by great product knowledge.  They are well represented nationally with an impressive portfolio.

They are a growing business, as a result they wish to appoint an experienced Wellington Sales Manager to take responsibility for the lower North Island business. You will work closely with the National Sales Manager based in Auckland developing and negotiating plans that will deliver market share and sales results to exceed supplier expectations.

You will have proven leadership and coaching skills along with experience and knowledge in reading local market trends,ensuring that the strategy and plan is on target to grow distribution points.

You will work with your team to manage key relationships with major customers & key accounts identifying new business opportunities, ensuring your brand and portfolio are promoted at all levels within the industry.

To be successful in this role you will have a strong service industry background, where creative solutions and ideas have delivered results. You will be an effective leader who may have managed a small team, possess strong commercial acumen and be willing to accept and take responsibility.
