2 Full time roles Dunedin and Invercargill

WellSouth has the aim of improving health outcomes for people in the Southern district.

Based in Dunedin and Invercargill you'll be providing desktop support from our Dunedin or Invercargill offices and to our remote locations.

You will work in a dynamic and agile desktop support environment, have the ability to solve technical issues for our people and own the issue end to end. You will be required to provide phone and face to face support, have the ability to escalate but own the original problem, troubleshoot and problem solve, take ownership of the ticketing system and contribute to developing the continuous improvement program.

We want you to take ownership and love your desktop support work. Ideally you will have IT Support experience of between 3 & 6 years and will have been in a desktop support role before, with knowledge of but not limited to the following platforms:

  • Windows 10
  • Office 365
  • Outlook
  • SharePoint Online

Contact us if you have:

  • Desktop Support skills, AD Administration, MS Server Support experience
  • Remote & face to face Support experience
  • Great people skills, customer focussed
  • Be the person everyone wants to call when they want assistance because you are that good
  • Ability to down tools and support our people when they need it
  • Annoyingly persistent in following up with 3rd parties to achieve outcomes
  • A passion for technology, brilliant communication skills
