Te wero – The Challenge

Due to progression within the team, we now have a permanent part time vacancy which is based at Procter Library, Kerikeri. In this challenging, busy and varied role you will assist our internal and external customers; matching their needs with our service. We need someone who is proactive, has high attention to detail and thrives on customer service excellence.

Mō koe – About You

Ideally you will have some library experience and experience in a customer service situation. You will have proven experience with cash handling, intermediate level Microsoft Office skills, and excellent communication skills. You will enjoy working within a busy team environment and be passionate about modern library service delivery.
