About the Role

This role requires a highly motivated, team-oriented person who can provide efficient, client-focused service with an emphasis on accuracy and efficiency.

In this role you will be working across multiple Converga client sites in Christchurch. You will need to be flexible with your working hours and location and enjoy learning new processes and meeting new people.

 

Main Duties

  • Mail and courier processing
  • Answering phone calls and customer enquiries in a professional manner
  • Develop a working relationship with the client and external providers
  • Greeting visitors and reception cover
  • Setting meeting rooms for clients
  • General administration tasks such as data entry and reprographics
  • Stationary and consumables replenishment
  • Housekeeping
  • Ensure your site is compliant with Converga and client Health & Safety Standards

 

Key Requirements

  • Determined to give excellent customer service
  • Possess a Full Driver’s license and should have own transport
  • Will be a highly reliable individual
  • A can-do attitude
  • A keen eye for details
  • A good level of computer literacy
  • To be a strong team player with excellent communication skills
  • To be able to manage time and multi-task
