Project Support Administrator

Personnel Resources / Temp Resources is a well-established Bay of Plenty based Recruitment Agency that specialise in placing candidates into Temporary, Contract and Permanent roles.

 

We have a full time (40 hours) contract vacancy for an experienced Project Support Administrator to work with our client on a critical project. You will be providing administrative support to the project management team which will include the preparation of proposals, reports and minutes as well as coordinating meetings and travel arrangements.

 

Ideally we are looking for someone with experience in the following;

 

  • Previous project administration experience
  • Minute taking and attending team meetings
  • Travel and accommodation bookings
  • Project documentation
  • Coordination of meetings
  • Diary management

 

This is a busy and dynamic role and therefore you will be a proactive individual and demonstrate high levels of initiative as well as the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a high pressure environment. You will enjoy supporting a team and be passionate, demonstrating enthusiasm for your work as well as a positive outlook.


You will have intermediate to advanced computer literacy in Excel and Word and will have had exposure to working in a project environment and be comfortable working under pressure.
