 Imagine no more!  We are looking for an experienced Contracts and Finance Administrator to confidently provide effective contract coordination and administration services to our project management team.

He kōrero mōu: About you

 This role will focus on the efficient delivery of the capital expenditure programme along with the day to day delivery of business, finance and administration functions.  

This is a highly collaborative role where you will be dealing with a range of stakeholders and each day will present different challenges and opportunities.

To be successful in this role you will have strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work with a variety of stakeholders

 Additionally, you will have

  •  Proven experience working in complex contract and financial administration
  • Procurement and liaison expertise dealing with suppliers during the tender process
  • Contract payments processing and month end reconciliations
  • Highly organised and methodical skills with the proven ability to multitask.
  • Ability to work autonomously, develop effective solutions and manage workflows within the team.
  • Knowledge of local government environment and council practices is desirable
  • Tertiary qualification, Business Administration or equivalent knowledge gained through experience.

 Must have a current New Zealand driver’s license
