Hotel Reception - Part Time

Hotel Reception - Part-time - Takapuna

Our client, a long-established hotel on the sunny North Shore, is seeking a receptionist to join their team. This is a part-time role that will fluctuate in hours, on average between 16-25hrs per week.

Shifts rotate, however, working hours are between:
Monday to Friday between 7am to 7pm
Weekends between 9am to 5pm

Average shifts will be between 4-6hrs.

Role includes:
-Providing exceptional customer service while checking guests in and out
-Taking payments
-Assisting with guest requirements, ranging from food orders to taxi bookings
-Assist as required to get rooms ready for the next guest. Some light housekeeping will be required

This is a temporary role that could become a longer term opportunity for the right candidate. We are seeking a professional, personable candidate who's lifestyle suits 25hrs a week of rotating shifts.
