Student Advisor

Division of Arts, Law, Psychology and Social Sciences

We have an opportunity for an experienced Student Advisor to join our busy team that will work in both the Faculty of Law and Schools of Arts, Psychology and Social Sciences.

Reporting to the Senior Student Advisor Law, you will work collaboratively as part of a wider team to assist in providing student advice to undergraduate and postgraduate students from first contact to final completion.

To be successful in this role you will have a strong customer/student service background and have great interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written) along with attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.

Prior knowledge of University degree regulations and administrative procedures or experience in an academic environment would be an advantage.

Salary will be in the range of $47,292 to $58,205 per year, depending on qualifications, skills and experience.
