About You:

We are looking for a highly organised person to join us in a new position as our Wellbeing coordinator. In this role you will be working closely with senior management to:
  
  • co-ordinate our induction programme, ensuring that all new staff are systematically and seamlessly inducted into the business
  • support our line managers in ensuring that their weekly one-on-one meetings with their staff are on track
  • support line managers in the recruitment of staff across the business
  • work on a variety of projects to do with the training, development, safety and wellbeing of our staff.
