HR Administration Assistant

We have a vacancy for an enthusiastic and hard-working HR Administration Assistant to join our team in Katikati, Tauranga.

This is a perfect entry level opportunity to learn more about Human Resources and to expand your knowledge and experience in HR matters.

Reporting to the site HR Advisor, this role would suit someone who can tactfully and professionally handle HR related matters in a discreet and confidential manner with the guidance of the HR Advisor.

Your duties will be varied and will include the monitoring of daily shift attendance and data entry to both HR and Payroll Systems as well as managing staff services.

 You will also need to have:

  • Good time management and organisational skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good level of computer literacy.
  • Able to work under pressure and make good decisions.
  • The ability to be flexible with days and hours of work (which will also include weekends if required).
