School Manager

Schools of Computing and Mathematical Sciences and Health, Sport and Human Performance

Division of Health, Engineering, Computing and Science

We have an exciting and challenging opportunity for an experienced manager to coordinate and oversee administrative and management functions within both schools.

Reporting to the Heads of both Schools, you will coordinate and lead administrative and management of the administrative staff, administrative tasks and financial responsibilities.

You will oversee financial processes, space allocation, human resource management processes and also provide advice and guidance on student and staff academic matters. To be successful in this role you will have a tertiary qualification or equivalent work experience, be a natural problem solver with the ability to use your initiative to streamline and improve processes. You will have advanced computer, administrative and financial skills as well as highly developed interpersonal and communication skills. You will also have demonstrated leadership and proven office and staff management experience.

Prior knowledge of academic programmes and regulations and familiarity with research activities would be an advantage. If you are looking for a challenge and have the breadth of skills and experience, then we want to hear from you.

Salary will be in the range of $71,198 to $82,111 per year depending on experience, skills and knowledge.
