Desktop Field Support Engineer

 

About the role - based in Auckland you'll be out in the field providing on-site desktop support to your business clients plus doing some remote support from back at head office.

  • Work in a busy growing team for a leading Nationwide MSP
  • Solve technical issues for busy professionals, all Level 2 & 3 support
  • Desktop & some MS Server work
  • Provide face to face IT Support to your customers in the field and some remote
  • Build great relationships with your own customer base
  • Learn and be mentored by a team of Senior Engineers, aspire to their level within the business
  • Take ownership
  • Work with the brilliant systems & processes in place

About you

We want you to take ownership and love your desktop support work. You will have IT Support experience of between 3 & 6 years and will have been in a desktop support role before.

  • Windows 7,8,10
  • Office 365
  • Outlook
  • Desktop Support skills
  • MS Exchange
  • AD Administration 
  • MS Server Support experience
  • Hardware
  • Current drivers licence & vehicle
  • Face to face & remote desktop Support experience
  • Great people skills
  • Customer Centric attitude
  • A passion for technology 
  • Brilliant communication skills
