Events and Bookings Administrator

Our client is a leading Visitor Attraction located in Newtown. They are looking for a temporary Events and Bookings adviser (coordinator) to join their busy and friendly team for the next couple of months.

The ideal candidate should have a solid track record in the administration, coordination and booking of a variety of events and be able to demonstrate previous experience in;

  • Management of email and phone queries (new and current)
  • Set up and pack down of venues
  • Great Customer service
  • Solution sales (matching solution to client need) 
  • Management of B2B relationships with suppliers
  • Intermediate MS Word and Outlook Skills
  • Previous experience using a bookings system. ReZdy would be nice!

We are looking for a happy, positive and outgoing person with excellent communication skills that can really hit the ground running. To be successful you must be a proactive problem solver with great organisation and coordination skills. 

While this is a 8.30 to 5.30 role, the ideal candidate should be flexible with the days that they can work (and be happy to work weekends) as this is a 4 days on 2 days off rotating roster.

We are looking for a 01 July start on this role so you should be available now (or very soon!)
