Company, Hours and Location:

An exciting and unique opportunity has come to up to join the New Zealand Police in Dunedin on a 6 month Fixed Term Contract. We have a number of positions available starting 17th June.

At New Zealand Police, their mission is to deliver services that ensure the community feels safe and secure with less crime and more community support. You could be a part of the action by playing your part in this crucial and confidential upcoming project.

This is a hands on role delivering against key initiatives, a perfect role for someone who is looking to add something different to their typical desk administration job.

Hours: 40 hours per week (Rostered shifts - Monday to Sunday between the hours of 9am and 11pm).

Role:

As an administrator your duties may include:

  • Coordinating the set-up of the day
  • Reviewing and cross-referencing of documentation
  • Inputting data in to the system, attention to detail is critical
  • General administration and processing of forms
  • Advising civilians of correct processes and procedures

About you:

  • Experienced Administrator
  • Strong data entry skills and a very high level of accuracy
  • Confident, friendly approach and can speak to people with ease
  • Reliable and able to work shift hours
  • Flexible on location in Dunedin
  • Enjoy a new challenge and would like to get involved in something different
