Accounts Receivable Administrator

Previous experience in an office environment, either within a team or sole-charge environment is essential. You need strong finance administrative experience and have a working understanding of finance responsibilities such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, documentation or loans processing.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be part of a friendly, supportive team that provides key account administration to a wide range of clients. This role would be ideal for someone who loves building relationships, has good customer service skills and with a genuine desire to continue learning.

Key duties include:

  • Accounts payable/receivable, data entry, database maintenance, reporting and documentation
  • Client and customer service
  • Administrative support to internal and external customers as needed

The successful applicant should have:

  • A broad range of general office administration experience
  • Previous experience with business software programmes
  • Excellent time management skills, the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines
  • The ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • A genuine passion for learning
