Estimating Support Manager

Estimating Support Manager, Signature Homes Limited

 

Signature Homes Limited  is a nationally franchised residential building company operating across New Zealand and has experienced continued market growth over the last 5 years. 

This is an Auckland based Support Office role, reporting to the National Operations and Procurement Manager, supporting our Franchise Partners in the Operations Management of their Businesses.  

You will be: 

- Fully Qualified as a Quantity Surveyor/Estimator with at least 5 years relevant residential experience in the New Zealand market. 

- Be highly analytical , while possessing the ability to convey ideas and concepts to a wide audience through effective communication both written and oral.  

- Able to work in a fast paced collaborative environment with a wide range of tasks in process at any time  

- Looking to move away from a purely operational role into a support/advisory environment 

You will be responsible for:

- Maintenance of National pricing resources across our franchises

-Ownership of our estimating systems and processes 

- Working with key suppliers on product and pricing matters

- Training of QS/Estimating teams to ensure best practice results across our network
