About the Company

This Company has just over 40 years in the market, being a true specialist in the building/construction industry.

About the Role

This role will be the main frontline point of contact for all ICT enquiries via email or phone.

Responsibilities

  • Provide professional and prompt responses to about 300 end users
  • Build desktops and laptops and provide support
  • Support all audio/visual equipment, mobile phones, tablets (iOS and Android)
  • Build, configure and support GPS tracking units
  • Prepare documentation for projects, changes, updates and upgrades
  • Identify and support any new rollouts of applications, processes and policies
  • Conduct all ICT inductions for new starters
  • Create and maintain all new ICT process documentation
  • Provide end user demonstrations and training in real time

Skills

  • Must have formal training in computer science and 2 years + in similar role
  • Abillity to deal with high volumes of work and managing multiple deadlines
  • Extensive experience in setting up GPS units ideal
  • Previous experience with rolling out new applications
