What you will be doing?

We are now looking for Account Managers who will be responsible for sourcing and developing new business opportunities within the sporting and outdoor sector. You will also manage the existing client portfolio and implement strategies to leverage these relationships.

This is a multi-store-based role and relationships with store staff are imperative. You will be required to regularly travel to establish business relationships and opportunities that result in incremental sales for the business. Working closely with the store staff, the customer service & fulfilment team and the broader commercial team, you will identify opportunities for non-traditional retail sales within the commercial sector using a mixture of strategies including commercial purchasing deals (customised pricing, exclusive product) and business account transactions.

Who we are looking for?

To be successful in this position, you will have a strong background in sales and/or business development at a commercial level. Ideally, you will have both a passion for the awesome products that we sell and existing relationships or experience within the sporting and outdoor sector allowing you to begin acquisition and execution immediately. You will have excellent negotiation skills, be able to communicate effectively to all levels and be highly results driven. Your knowledge of how to seize an opportunity, gauge the value of that opportunity and develop the best fit implementation plan will be critical to your success.
