The focus of the System Design and Delivery group is to provide, improve and maintain an integrated land transport system to effectively enable people-centred, technology-enabled, system focused transport services, in partnership with other system providers.

The role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join a small, busy and supportive team based in Blenheim. This role will provide timely and effective administrative and support services to the Marlborough Roads team. This is a reception-based customer facing role where no two days are the same. Ideally you are a team player who can multi task and stay cool calm and collected under pressure.

  • Provide professional reception services and support all visitors to the office
  • Ensure incoming calls are promptly responded to
  • Receipt and process parking fines, which includes cash reconciliations
  • Perform general office administration duties e.g. banking, filing
  • Provide confidential word processing services to the Marlborough Roads Staff
  • Arrange travel and accommodation requests
  • Maintain the Customer Relationship Management System (CRMS)
  • Process Automated Invoice Processing (AIP) invoices in a timely manner
  • Assist with meeting and event management as required
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with other business groups

What you will bring:

  • Experience in an administration or customer services role
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Basic knowledge of accounts and reconciliations
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Display a strong customer service ethos
  • Possess a strong achievement/delivery focus
  • Proven verbal and written communication skills
