is proud to be partnering with Versatile – Dunedin as they search for a Part-Time Office Administrator for 15-20 hours per week, to join their Family. Versatile specialise in the design, build and production of buildings across NZ.


About the company:

Versatile are 100% New Zealand owned and have been operating for over 40 years and have 30 sites nationwide, including a state-of-the-art manufacturing plant in Christchurch. About the role:

Reporting directly to the Owner Operators, you will be the first point of contact for the Dunedin Outlet and will deliver a high level of administration capabilities, personal presentation and customer service.

The successful candidate will enjoy working in a passionate environment that values honesty and integrity. You will support a number of team members and customers and will have a diverse range of responsibilities covering reception management, general administration, customer service and internal/external communications.


Key responsibilities of the role:

  • General administration
  • Reception management
  • Customer service via phone, email or face-to-face
  • Updating customer information
  • Filing, scanning, data entry and processing information
  • Invoicing, AP/AR
  • Records and document management
  

About the successful

  • Customer focussed with great interpersonal skills
  • Fast and accurate typing/data entry skills
  • Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Dedicated team player with a strong work ethic
  • Positive attitude and professional personal presentation
  • Excellent time management skills
