Right now we have a great opportunity for an experienced Service Delivery Lead to join our team.

In a nutshell we want this role to ensure Eyemagnet is “easy to do business with”, by using your exceptional relationship building and technical skills to seamlessly bring together solutions for our clients.

While your previous experience maybe from a range of backgrounds including IT, AV or similar, this is not essential, other industry experience may be applicable.

We are ideally seeking someone with the following attributes:

  • The mindset and attitude to take responsibility for each task, and deliver only solid and well thought out products and services.

  • Assist with delivering our services to our clients expectations, ensuring excellent written and verbal communication with both internal and external stakeholders.

  • Ideally, you will have experience in IT based solutions and be able to understand how our systems work at a high-level.

  • You will be proficient with applications such as Microsoft Office, Google Suite etc.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Being the key interface between our clients and our services.

  • Act as the first point of contact for clients and step into the role of Incident Support Lead should the need arise.

  • Supporting the GM Business Development to seamlessly transition clients from initial projects into on-going support.

  • Provide support and coordination to the internal teams for larger projects and initiatives.

  • Providing regular reporting to Senior Management highlighting Service Performance and any ongoing issues.

  • Review and provide recommendations to simplify and improve our processes and systems.

This will be a pivotal role in our business and provides a great opportunity for you, as it is a newly created role giving you the freedom to truly make this role your own.

You will be someone who leads by example and provides great leadership, clear direction and uses the knowledge and skills of those around you to get the job done.
