An exciting and rare opportunity exists for a Turnarounds Manager to join our team; this role plays an integral part in our business and contributes to the continued operation of methanol production.

In this role, you will report into the Manufacturing Director, be part of the Site Management team and provide leadership and direction for all plant Turnaround activities. You won't be a stranger when it comes to developing strategies, executing a plan and managing resources, as that's what's needed to ensure our Turnarounds are completed safely, to quality standards, on schedule and to budget.

It goes without saying, to be successful you will be an effective communicator with a natural ability to build strong working relationships. You will be comfortable presenting in front of a sizable audience and have a drive for results. Strong planning and organisational skills are a given, along with the ability to be agile to respond to whatever comes your way.

Preferably we are looking for someone who has ideally a minimum of five years leadership experience, has worked within a plant operation or large project environment, has project management experience and a relevant tertiary qualification.
