Administration Opportunities - Dunedin

We are currently seeking expressions of interest from experienced administrators to assist our clients on a variety of administration roles based in Dunedin.

If you are based in Dunedin and have a varied administrative background, we would love to hear from you. Roles will vary depending on client requirements but typical duties will include; answering calls and emails, providing advice and guidance to customers, inputting customer data with accuracy, working on multiple in house systems to track customer data, ensuring documentation required for compliance is on file and general administrative duties.

Our temporary assignments in Dunedin can range in timeframes but we typically require at least six months of availability to assist our clients on various projects.

About you:

  • Must have previous experience in an office administration role
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to work on multiple systems
  • Fast and accurate data entry skills
  • Intermediate MS Word / Excel skills
  • Quick learner and adaptable

To be considered for temporary roles in Dunedin, you will be available for 6 months +, be available immediately and have previous experience in administrative based roles.
