This role encompasses the end-to-end management of claims within the SME facility and is tasked with the responsibility of working with claimants which includes the lodging of claims, considering policy response, answering queries and processing and approving claim payments.

Are you our next success story?

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the Insurance Industry and experience with claims handling, in particular property and motor claims
  • A willingness to work in a high performing team, showing respect for all members of the Claims Team
  • A demonstrated passion for customers and excellence with regard to any customer related issues
  • A demonstrated “can do” attitude to getting the job done
