Auckland City Orthodontics is a specialist orthodontic practice in the heart of Auckland's vibrant CBD.

We need an enthusiastic, friendly and motivated receptionist to join our small team.

You will be playing the vital role of welcoming patients into the practice and helping to ensure they have an exceptional experience from beginning to end, both in person and over the phone. You will have responsibility for booking patient appointments and recalls as well as payment processing, banking and other administrative tasks as needed.

You will have excellent computer skills, exceptional written and verbal communication skills, be well-presented, flexible with your time and reliable.

As a member of a small and supportive team you will also be happy to help other team members in their roles as needed.
