Brand and Communications Manager

This newly created position will develop and deliver our brand and communication strategy in liaison with our Marketing and Leadership team. You will champion the Jasmax brand, promote key projects and thought leadership to the market and work closely with our Leadership team on our evolving strategy. You'll work across all levels and departments of our organization to find what makes us unique and communicate it to the world. If you're creative, possess a strategic mind and have experience in implementing targeted brand campaigns, we'd like to hear from you.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Manage publications and campaigns on digital and industry platforms in line with our overall strategy.
  • Develop the wider Jasmax brand to the market, in liaison with our Marketing Teams.
  • Execute programmes and campaigns, with respect to budget and time commitments.
  • Champion the Jasmax brand and communications, internally and externally in liaison with the leadership team.
  • Manage, implement and monitor the e-media marketing strategy for on-going management.
  • Oversee content creation, marketing materials and develop content creation for consideration.
  • Provide brand and marketing thought leadership, providing expert advice on best practice strategies.
  • Coach, mentor and educate our teams on best practice communication and public relation activities.

Requirements


As a seasoned marketeer, you have a wealth of experience managing campaigns, working to deadlines and executing sophisticated strategies. This position has one direct report, so you will oversee our digital campaigns and ensure all external communications are on brand.

Our successful candidate will have:

  • 6 years experience in a Marketing Manager or Brand Manager roles, ideally in professional services. International experience is advantageous.
  • A relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing or Communications.
  • A proven track record illustrating the implementation of marketing campaigns.
  • Coaching, people management and relationship building skills.
