illion TenderLink is recognised as the market-leading provider of tender notification services, eProcurement technology and tender response training throughout Australasia.

Operating since 1993, and proudly based in New Plymouth, we also have staff in Sydney, Melbourne and Perth.  Our dedicated and passionate staff operate from a modern CBD office where we encourage a friendly and fun working environment.

Account Manager
(Monday - Friday)

This role is responsible for building and maintaining excellent customer relationships with existing subscribers of illion TenderLink's web based Tender Notification Service ensuring high levels of customer retention and revenue growth across a range of products and services.  Seamless transition from subscription activation and proactive customer service is required to achieve high targets.

To succeed in this role, you will be a self-motivated, enthusiastic person with the proven ability to foster a good rapport with customers from a wide variety of industries over the phone.  You will enjoy learning about our customer's businesses in order to ensure each gets the best out of our service.  You will be computer savvy, highly organised and driven to meet and exceed performance targets.
