Hello! Fracture is looking for an Intermediate full stack developer. Someone super smart who can work with and alongside our senior developers. We don't have roles come up often, so we are casting the net wide for a special someone who can knock our socks off with their work, loves what they do, and can work in well with a small team of nice people.
This is a full-time role, working in-house at our studio in the city. You will need to be eligible to work in NZ, in our studio.
Not a must but experience in app building, .net MVC, could come in handy.
You will need to be confident in problem-solving. Having a genuine excitement about development, about new possibilities and new technologies, being curious and receptive, and being driven to work hard because you really care are absolutely essential for this role.
We are really excited to bring someone new into our team - hopefully that could be you :)
Please apply with link to your portfolio, CV and a tell us a bit about yourself and some sites you like. Salary and package based on experience.
Applicants for this position should have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa.
We are an award-winning digital agency, based in a lovely quiet studio in the city. We mainly work for a few large clients, with our output being around 95% digital. Our team are a close knit group of experienced designers and developers, who love their work and have been together for a while now.
We have had multiple wins at New Zealand's BeST Awards, and major international wins including the prestigious FWA Awards and taking Business Category of the South by Southwest Interactive Awards in the USA.
We are proud to have worked with some of New Zealand's leading brands, including AJ Hackett, Vodafone, Air New Zealand, Southern Cross Insurance, Living Earth, Westpac, NZI, and Charlie's. Our senior design team enjoys taking an active 'design partner' role with many of our clients, overseeing their comms and working with owners to shape new ways to grow their business using design and technology.
We believe that good design has to be more than just good looks, especially online. First and foremost, digital work has to be something that will be useful and relevant to the people who will use it. Along with this functional relevance, it also needs to look great, be fun and engaging to use, and be infused with the personality, intelligence and uniqueness of the brand it represents.
