Business Change Analyst

This is a great opportunity to work in the business change space of this profile organisation.  You will be joining an experienced team of change professionals from which you will learn and genuinely see the impact of your work.  This role is offered as a 12 month contract. Experience that would be valued includes:

  • Supporting change assessments, impacts and risks and ensure that these are incorporated into change plans and activities.
  • Development of a project management plan and coordinate the implementation of the organisational change management approaches
  • Identify and obtain support and advice required for the management, planning and control of the implementation schedule
  • Develop artefacts (e.g. assessments, plans and reports) to communicate impacts – presenting to key groups (leadership teams, project teams, governance groups etc.) as required
  • Identification of business change readiness and change management activities – incorporating impact and risk assessments
  • Contribute to the development of change management practice and tools
  • Develop and implement diagnostic and monitoring activities and analyse relevant data to ensure the effectiveness of the change management approach
  • Contributing to business readiness and go-live support structures and processes, including transition and handover plan
  • Undertake stakeholder identification, analysis, mapping and planning - contributing to engagement plans as required.
