We are excited to be partnering with Volpara Solutions to assist in the recruitment of multiple key roles in their fast-growing company. Volpara Solutions are on the lookout for someone to assist with the evolution (and increasing integration) of our business systems, specifically Salesforce (and associated peripheral applications) and Support ticketing systems.

About Volpara Solutions:
With a presence in 38 countries worldwide and continued growth since listing on the ASX, Volpara Solutions is further growing their Wellington based R&D team in-order to deliver more value to their customers. Their teams are dedicated to speeding up the diagnosis process for detecting breast cancer, by creating market leading software and tools – and with recently regulatory changes in the US their products are becoming a market standard.

“To reduce the mortality and cost of breast cancer by providing clinically-validated software that underpins personalized, high-quality breast cancer screening.”

The role:
We are looking for someone to assist with the evolution and increasing complexity of our business information, specifically image data. This role will coordinate closely with the Data Manager, and Business Systems Manager where stakeholders could be the rest of VHT or 3rd parties VHT are dealing with.  This is a hands-on key technical role whereby you’ll be championing the VHT data strategy under the supervision of the CIO. While you are process focused, you’ll also be adaptable to changing business demands and will be able to collaborate with key stakeholders of the image data to see these changes through.

You will have:

  • Ideally, 2+ years’ experience with developing for Information Systems or similar;
  • Ideally, 2+ years working in structured environment delivering IT services, ideally based on ITIL;
  • A demonstrable record of initiating policy and procedural changes and being a participant in external audits;
  • Ideally, an Information Systems or computer science degree (or equivalent experience);
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills and can tailor complex information for consumption by customers and stakeholders alike;
  • Courage and a tenacity to chase others down to ensure business affecting problems are closed down rapidly;
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and can demonstrate your approach to understanding and resolving problems;
  • An eye for detail and have mastered the ability to follow process and maintain accurate records;
  • The ability to make considered decisions or come to sensible conclusions that get the business the best outcome;
  • An open personality, someone who wants to get things done and has a positive attitude towards feedback;
  • A willingness to give direct feedback and work with teams to improve processes;
  • Impact and can demonstrate consistently strong performance so colleagues can rely on you;
  • Curiosity and can learn rapidly and eagerly.
