About the Company:
We are currently recruiting for a project management company who are Australasian recognised, who specialise in construction projects, disaster recovery and rebuilding both commercial and residential property. With a huge amount of experience and knowledge spread throughout the organisation, this company work together to perform to the highest level with values that have the ultimate respect for both employees and clients.

About the Role:
In this position, you will be supporting internal staff with computer issues, or general tech enquiries. You would be the go to person for any technological malfunctions that staff may have, and your ability to be efficient and proactive is essential. This is a position where your physical skills will be required as well as having the ability to recognise when a technical issue is about to arise (hardware and software set up).

About You:
We are looking for someone who is confident in their abilities, prides themselves on their work ethic and knows when to be sociable and when to get their head down and work hard. You will need to be adaptable to the workload that can fluctuate, and be able to engage with internal staff regularly to ensure all communication from when the issue is recognised to when it is resolved. This job would suit a recent graduate or somebody who is passionate about becoming an IT Professional.

  • Experience in a similar position.
  • Ability to communicate with others well.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise workload.
  • Positive attitude.
  • Passionate about ICT.
