Adviser Assistant - Part time

We are looking for a highly efficient and organised administrator to provide wide ranging assistance to our Queenstown team of Investment Advisers. To be considered for this role it is imperative that you share our values of providing superior service.

This is a part-time position, Monday to Friday, business hours, 25 -30 hours per week.

Your main duties will include answering phone calls, greeting clients, dealing with enquiries and proactively assisting our Advisers with a variety of administrative duties.

It is essential that candidates possess the following key skills, experience and attributes:

  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Word, Outlook and Excel;
  • Above average interpersonal and written communication skills;
  • An aptitude for figures with experience entering financial data;
  • Excellent spelling and proof reading ability with a high level of attention to detail;
  • Effective time management and prioritising skills, in order to adhere to deadlines and manage conflicting priorities;
  • Team player with the ability to work autonomously;
  • Professional, positive attitude and a friendly demeanour with a high standard of personal grooming;
  • Previous experience in the financial services industry preferable.
