Our client, Nest Home Loans is growing, and they need an 'exceptional Customer Service Agent' to join their fantastic team.  If you tick all the boxes below, then you could be the person we need to talk to!

About of the Job:
  • Calculating the commission payments due
  • Analysing and preparing monthly reports
  • Checking in with our clients about their 'Nest' experience
  • Answering overflow calls
We're looking for someone:
  • With great attention to detail
  • Who has exceptional customer service and ability to build rapport quickly
  • And an outgoing, positive and enthusiastic personality with excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
  • Takes a confidential approach with their work
  • Knowledge of or experience in - CRM, Gmail, Word, Excel
This is a part time position, working 1 day (7 1/2 hour day) a week at Nest Home Loans office based in Hamilton.  Our client is flexible as to which day of the week you work.
