Employment Coordinator

As a result of recent structure improvements, Raukawa Charitable Trust has an opportunity for two employment coordinator positions in our Health and Social Services Team:

  • 1x Full-time, Permanent position
  • 1x Part-Time (.5 FTE), Fixed Term position for 6 months

This role is responsible for sourcing employment opportunities and supporting individuals through the recruitment process.

 

About Raukawa Charitable Trust:

The Raukawa Charitable Trust (RCT) has been a provider of quality community initiatives throughout the South Waikato since 1987. We are proud to deliver a wide range of iwi-lead initiatives in health, social, treaty, cultural, and environmental sectors, to the communities that we serve.

  • The ability to confidently utilise service providers to fully benefit our clients
  • The ability to coach, support and mentor & assess the needs of our clients
  • The ability to write aspirational plans and regularly evaluate and review them
