As a Multi-Channel Specialist you'll work across all points of customer contact (Outbound, Inbound, and Digital).  Our ideal candidates will have the adaptability to seamlessly transition from one expertise to the other.  

 

Based in our Christchurch contact centre, you'll make it easy for customers to achieve their goals and get where they want to be in life - with the right advice and proactive guidance. Your key focus in this role is to use your analytical and relationship management skills to work in partnership with new and existing customers. You'll build an understanding of their financial needs whilst effectively marketing the products and services offered by Westpac.

What you'll need to succeed:

  • Experience in a sales and negotiation role, and a commitment to delivering first class customer outcomes
  • A desire to succeed and open to constant challenges
  • Self-Management, problem solving and reasoning skills
  • Understanding of credit and lending principles
  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship management skills
