The Company
 
The Waikato Chamber of Commerce’s role is to influence and inspire businesses to deliver success.  As a not-for-profit membership association, it promotes supports and encourages sustainable and profitable business growth. The Waikato Chamber of Commerce acts as an advocate to be the collective voice of their members in the Waikato region.

The Role
 
The Chamber are looking for a proactive Administrator who thrives in a busy and friendly environment. This is a new role to assist the Chief Operations Officer and team with a wide variety of tasks.  

Scheduling and maintaining the flow of registrations, getting content and producing a fortnightly newsletter along with CRM maintenance while greeting clients and ad hoc admin.  
 
The Person
 
To be successful in the role you will be a skilled and  experienced administrator who is hot on communication and attention to detail. You will demonstrate an ability to multi-task and focus on the job at hand. 

You will have a genuine desire to help out, you are a task completer by nature and work well under pressure. You will have strong MS Office skills, a good working knowledge of CRM systems and be excited to be in charge of the fortnightly newsletter. 

You will also have a sense of humour, be quick on the uptake and recognise opportunities where you can make a difference and help the team by getting things done.
